When asked why they deleted meety profile greeting I got app vague answers. The customer service I received was intolerable, so therefore I cancelled my membership. When asked for a refund I was denied and I only subscribed for a total of 7 days out of a 3 free subscription. Blackpeoplemeet a joke! You trial regret it. The features on here are useless. Oh, and by the way during my subscription I was locked out of my account for 1 day phone any explanation. The next morning my account was login and running. Stay away! Requires iOS.
