Riwayat, Episode 2: Second Nation

Second Nation dissects the impact of Syrian refugees on Lebanon’s economy, and how inclusive policies can benefit both refugees and Lebanese host communities. We talk to displaced Syrian women, and experts from the Norwegian Refugee Council and Refugees=Partners.

The second episode of RIWAYAT focuses on the lives of refugees in Lebanon, where –like so many in the country– they are struggling to make ends meet. It also addresses the scapegoating faced by them on a daily basis.
