Lebanon’s Disaster Risk Management Unit released its latest Daily Situation Report, on March 10th, 2026, highlighting the growing humanitarian toll of the war.
According to the report, 759,300 people are currently displaced across the country, with 122,600 individuals sheltering in 580 collective shelters. The number of displaced families in these shelters has reached 31,500.
The report also notes 1,295 hostile incidents recorded since the start of the war.
The cumulative toll has reached 570 people killed and 1,444 injured, while the latest daily figures report 84 deaths and 131 injuries.
Authorities say the numbers are expected to continue changing as the situation across Lebanon develops.
