The Vintage Collective Market will host its second edition in Lebanon between Thursday, July 3, and Sunday, July 6. This time, the market will take place in the town of Ain Aar, in collaboration with the municipality of Cornet Chahwan in Mount Lebanon, and will run every day from 11 am until 10 PM in Ain Aar Square.
The market returns after a successful first edition last April, where it ran between April 19 and 21. It featured a mixture of art and vintage displays, including a diverse array of booths, shops and food stalls offering a variety of items.
2nd Edition
“[The first] edition held in April had a huge success,” explains Rola Rizkallah, the main organizer of the market. “Visitors were amazed by the quality of the products and [the exhibitors’] energy.”
“Therefore, we decided to launch our 2nd edition 25 minutes away from Beirut in an iconic village filled with old houses and a silk factory,” added Rizkallah.
The market is expected to include 54 participants and will feature vintage clothing, accessories, homeware, furniture, collectibles, ceramists, and upcycling art.
“The overall objective is to allow all vintage collectors, professional and non-professional, to showcase their art and be the custodian of each story behind it,” explains Rizkallah.
